Commonly Asked Q’s

  • The first drop ships the first week of every month. If you join by October 20th, your first envelope will be November’s Inner World Exploration drop. If you join after the cutoff, you’ll start with December’s package. Please allow 3–10 business days for U.S. delivery (longer for international).

  • Every month you’ll get an exclusive 5×7 or 8×10 art print (not available in my shop), a themed sticker sheet, and affirmation/prompt cards. Sometimes I’ll add extra surprises like bookmarks, magnets, colorings pages, mini zines and more! Each envelope is designed and curated by me to bring joy, color, and inspiration to your space.

  • Just email Lauren@soitsren.com with your new info at least 5 days before the 1st of the month, and I’ll update it in our system.

  • Yep 💌 CLUB REN is a monthly subscription, but you’re free to cancel anytime. If you cancel mid-month, you’ll still receive the package for the billing cycle you paid for.

  • If it’s been more than 14 business days (U.S.) or 21 business days (international) and nothing has arrived, please reach out to me. Sometimes mail gets lost or damaged, and I’ll do my best to make it right.

  • Nope! Each month has a different theme (like November’s Inner World Exploration), and the contents are always fresh. Think of it like a collectible series — something new and surprising each time.

  • LMAO no way 😅 I use peel-and-stick envelopes because I love y’all too much for paper cuts.

  • No stress — I’ve got you! 💌 If your Joy Drop ever arrives damaged, gets lost in the mail, or you have any questions about your subscription, just email me. I’ll always do my best to make it right so your mailbox stays full of joy, not frustration.

I started this monthly art club because I believe we all deserve something fun and intentional to look forward to. As adults, our mailboxes are usually stuffed with bills, spam, and flyer, rarely anything that feels magical. Most of the time, the only excitement is waiting on an Amazon package or a surprise gift from someone else. But what if, once a month, you knew joy was on its way?
